Tokyo Disney Resort has recently introduced a new line of merchandise made from recycled staff costumes, including tote bags and T-shirts. This initiative, called the "Circulating Smiles" series, aims to create valuable products from recyclable items collected within the resort's parks. It is the first time the resort has directly utilized these materials to produce goods. For instance, the slacks worn by the resort's "cast members" at the Disney Sea gift shop, Nautilus Gifts, have been transformed into shoulder bags while preserving their original pockets. Additionally, the jackets worn by the staff were repurposed into tote bags, incorporating the original buttons from the clothing into the bag's design.
